Public Health Interventions

Public health serves to make health and wellbeing accessible to all people and populations. We work directly with priority populations to understand their history, strengths, resources, and barriers to access care and wellbeing. Then, we help establish connections that create a more accessible system of care.

A public health consultant can help community health organizations reach populations that are underserved, assess for possible areas of improvement, and facilitate community connections to fill gaps. Contracts are typically 1-3 years.

A public health contractor can help with grant deliverables that are on a temporary, short-term, or long-term basis. Our strong connection to the community and knowledge of public health and implementation strategies can assist your organization with immediate project needs. Contracts are typically 6 months - 3 years.

The time to start working for your health it right now. Health and fitness coaching provides guidance towards a healthy lifestyle that is balanced and dynamic.

With the right blend of science and humanity, we meet you where you are. Your goals guide how we adapt our coaching and training to fit your lifestyle. That’s right, your goals - you no longer have to keep trying to fit a mold that isn’t right for you.

Health coaching uses evidenced-based models to help you learn and challenge your health beliefs and goals. Coaching is a one-on-one experience that allow us to learn about you as whole person: meaning, we ask about more than diet and exercise. We believe in health at every size so you can stop waiting to live your best life until you lose that 50 pounds. You are worthy today to do the things that give you joy and fulfillment.

Fitness coaching is about improving your body’s ability to perform. We focus on finding an exercise routine that pushes your comfort. In the areas where you are uncomfortable is where you learn your body’s abilities and grow physical and mental strength and endurance. Fitness coaching is a physical focus to health and wellbeing and include measurements like weight, body mass, heart rate, and VO2max.

Community-based health education classes are either free or low-cost classes offered to specific populations. These classes are a great way to disseminate the most current health information and connect people to community-based resources. Classes are often in partnership with local organizations. We may collect information for research or reporting purposes, and they may be funded through grants.
